Resin and minerals is strategic because they hold high strategic impact and medium high supply
risk .Resin is raw material for bottle manufacturing and minerals are added in RO water so these items
are imported so their availability could be challenging on time and the delivery logistics are difficult.

Caps, bottles, labels and line water these are available locally and we have multiple suppliers for
them but their impact on profitability is great as label bottle and caps are important part of product
quality and product branding. Line water is also available but its quality will impact the final product
quality so it is also plays an important role in profitability

There are some non-critical items such as chlorine and shrink wraps whose availability is easy.
Shrink wrap is used as secondary packaging while chlorine we are producing by ourself through our
sister company FTI chemicals

Hot melt glue is used as adhesive to paste label on bottle its usually procure from abroad
therefore its availability could be challenging sometime and also market presence is very low .Other is
food grade SMBS this is only used as processing aid but it’s so challenging to find a food grade SMBS in
local market
