I am writing this request for approval of my professional engineer
(Technology) certification for use by my employer (BOMI E & CC) in the
daily planning and implementation of K-AIST project and appraisal as
Civil & Structural Engineer. I would appreciate it if you could
confirm the same via the attached certification and membership
certificates, practicing license and Acts of Parliament for:
Engineering Technology Act No.23 of 2016; Engineers Act No.43 of 2011.
Kindly peruse through the highlighted clause(s) 2 – Interpretation of
both the Acts:
a) Engineering Technology Act No.23 of 2016
i. Professional engineering technology services and works.
