It is also known that the Provincial Capitol is an International

Standardization Organization (ISO) accredited/passer, a recognition that all
agencies/companies aspired to have. Our company would like to know,
immerse, and experience your ISO-accredited offices.
 Needless to state, your office/province is an inspiration to our
company in providing efficient, effective, and quality service to our clientele.

As such, our company would like to request your good office to allow
us to conduct a visit and benchmarking on your Information Communications
and Technology Department (ICTD) and your Human Resource Management
and Development Office (HRMDO) as part of our Process flow formulation
and implementation. This is intended to give us, the management and
department heads, insight into the standard operations, processes, and
works of our ITs and HR heads and/or staff to render effective and quality
service to our patrons.

If permitted, the group composed of four (4) Staff, and seven (7 )

Division Heads would like to visit your office on March 17, 2023 (Friday)
from 8 am to 5 pm.
