Scaffolds Falls Scaffolds must be used and inspected in accordance with the Safety Officer
Damaged/Broken Equipment manufacturer’s instruction for each specific model and type of scaffold

Ensure scaffolds moved to other locations after getting the worker
down from the height.
Use Proper PPE while carrying works.
This HS Risk Assessment takes into account only those potential hazards that exist at the time it was conducted. A revised Risk Assessment will be required if there is a significant change in
working conditions, at critical stages during construction, or when High Risk Construction Work is performed.
