● Tell me about yourself.

- Previously I worked for Ayala Corporation as an Executive Accountant for the company. I was also able
to explore and experience different aspects of accounting from expenditure, payroll, posting, among
others. Despite these, I was given little opportunity to explore this filed further.

● Why did you want to work with us?

- I want to work here because I want to expand my experience and knowledge on this field. Also, I
believe that working in this organization would provide me an opportunity to combine my professional
expertise to contribute on the growth of this company.

● How do your skills and experience align with the requirements of this position?

- Working as an executive accountant from my previous job I had a span of experience in different
aspects of accounting from bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, even budgeting and planning. Above that, I
believe that my qualities of being a reliable, and accountable person in everything I do will give me an
edge to perform this job as I do possess all the requirements needed for this role.

● What specific achievements or projects from your past experience do you believe make you a

strong fit for this role?

- I was promoted to executive accountant from my previous job in a short period of time. And I do
believe that it is not out of luck but because I worked hard for it. That’s also why I believe that I can
apply the same gravity of hard work and expertise in this new role that I am applying for.

● Can you give an example when you had to face a challenge and how did you resolve it?

- Being the youngest among the executive accountants in my previous job, I tend to be belittled due to
my lack of experience. But I persevered to do my best in every task given to me to and do all according
to the standard so as to assure that every single detail I do is correct and reliable. That way, I was able to
prove to my seniors that despite my lack of experience, I can also excel in this field.
