At 2X, we are a leading training, investing and advising company for small
businesses.

We work with entrepreneurs and companies all over the world, including online
businesses, digital agencies and service-based businesses, coaches and
consultants, service professionals, offline service-based businesses, SaaS
companies, and more high-growth companies — to help them turn their
business into systematic, scalable machines that can grow faster than ever.

Our missiOn

Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to double the number of businesses
that scale from 6 to 7 figures from 4% to 8%, as well as from 7 to 8 figures
(from 0.4% to 0.8%)… not only for the growth and massive economic impact
that makes, but most importantly for the freedom, opportunities, families, and
lives that we’ll change in the process by doing so.

At the heart of our business is the education and training we

provide under the 2X brand, which is now a world-renowned
brand for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

We have online training, lots of blog and video resources, a set

of 2X books, a traditionally published book, online courses and
tripwire products, and drive the vast majority of our brand reach
online. We also do in-person trainings and workshops that help
drive to our coaching programs.

Our bread and butter is working people through our proven

methodology to help them simplify, systemize, and rapidly grow
their small business.

We help entrepreneurs implement the systems and strategies

needed so they can stop working so much “in” the business,
start working “on” it, and grow their freedom, revenue and

We do this in our proven hands-on 2X Growth and Machine

coaching programs designed for 6 and 7-figure service-based
entrepreneurs. We are #1 in the world for what we do in these

We have built a truly world-class growth machine system to

repeatedly acquire, improve, and scale companies, so we are
leveraging that to strategically partner, invest in, and even
acquire companies to help them scale as part of our overall
2X set of companies.

We have the proven systems, team, infrastructure, and

strategy to capitalize on opportunities in front of us to scale
and even exit some companies.

We are confident in our ability to be able to go into any

business and dramatically improve it and scale it with our
operational excellence and 2XOS systems, so we are
leveraging this as a separate branch of the 2X ecosystem
and are expanding our set of companies.

We have a ‘Navy Seal-like’ business team that leads these

turnarounds and scale-ups to 10x valuation within a couple
of years.
