PRICE: USD 840 per Metric Ton, C.I.F FO MUMBAI Port, INDIA
ORIGIN: Vietnam
DESTINATION: MUMBAI Port
QUANTITY: 30,000 Metric Tons x 12 Months Contract
INCOTERMS CIF FO PACKAGING: Bulk (1 ton Jumbo bags should be used)
DISCHARGING RATE is to be 5,000MT/Day SHINC PDPR PWWD for Mumbai Port, India
PAYMENT: Irrevocable LC at sight from Global Top 25 Bank, primarily Citibank, 100%
monthly delivery value (90% monthly delivery value is released after three working days since
submission of required FOB documents including qualified inspection report by SGS/Bureau
Veritas/TUV or Intertek; 10% monthly delivery value before the ETA 05 days).
Mutual performance bond for 1% of the contract value.
