Location:

Raya Golf Club, Defence Housing Authority, Lahore. Facing Golf Course.

Scope:

To check and present report on,

 Water seepage in Plaza,

 Actual condition of Plaza,
 Verify for any damage caused,

Report:

 The survey was carried out by competent Civil Engineer along with his team.
 All seepage marks are in one specific area of plaza, i.e. external wall of washrooms.
 The joints of tiles in washrooms have not been filled properly.
 There are no seepage spots in any other point.
 The water is not running in any pipe.
 Neither water marks are running up or down except the already mentioned area.

Results and Recommendations:

 The seepage is coming from washroom water connections.

 The plaza is under lock and there is no chance of use of washrooms, therefore any chance
of leakage through tiles, or any other point is not present.
 The paint work and floors are in semi-finished state therefore no significant damage
appeared, except for the marks left by seepage.
