    NOTIFICATION

    No.SO(General)G.I-3/Pun/17, In order to run the day to day affairs of health facilitation across the province
    efficiently, the Competent Authority has decided to take the following measures immediately:-

    1. The Medical Superintendent / incharge of a health facility shall ensure that the Electric Distribution
    Board is contained in a secured box which is well protected and under lock and key.
    2. This Electricity Distribution System has no access to anyone else except the authorized person.
    3. This Electricity Distribution Board is closely guarded. Installation of CCTV camera to keep an eye on
    the board is to be ensured. This will help in round the clock monitoring of the same.
    4. Proper warning signage is to be displayed on the Distribution Board.
    5. As this Distribution Board in terms of electricity supply is the nerve center of a health facility, it must
    be ensured that it is properly insulated from fire, water and heat.
    6. Any other instructions in this regard issued from time to time shall be complied with in letter and
    spirit.
