CONSIDERATIONS: Additive to mix with cement, Portland type, resulting in a

flexible mortar, waterproof, ready to use, with excellent
adhesive strength.

PROPERTIES: NEUCESEAL, after conveniently mixed with cement results in

a mortar with the following properties:
- Excellent adhesion.
- High elasticity and flexibility.
- Absorbs cracks up to 0.6 mm (20º C) in thicknesses of 2
mm.
- Weatherproof.
- Impermeable to water.
- Anti-carbonation protection of concrete.

USE: The mortar obtained by mixing the NEUCESEAL with cement

can be applied to media that are commonly used in construction,
such as, masonry, concrete, cement flooring, etc.., Allowing
paint later.
It can also be applied in the field of waterproofing:
− Waterproof layers for driveways floors, balconies and
terraces.
− Waterproofing media that may can suffer small movements
or have small cracks.
− Waterproofing of pools, ponds, flower beds, containers,
etc...
− Waterproofing of basements, sub soils, buried walls,
garages, stairway lifts.
− Protection of zones with friable water and moisture.

MIXTURE Add gradually to NEUCESEAL the cement mixed with a

PREPARATION: mechanical stirrer of low speeds until the dough is
homogeneous and without lumps. Leave the mixture for 5
minutes to rest before starting the application. This mixture is
stable within 2 to 3 hours approximately.

APPLICATION: 1 The application of the mortar is made with a spreader or trowel

with teeth always in two layers as a minimum, intercalated 12
to 48 hours, in normal humidity and temperature, in order to
obtain a uniform coating. Never apply layers with thickness
exceeding 3 mm per layer.
In the case of buried walls a third layer may be necessary.
The material used must be protected for 3 days (at least) of rain,
excessive heat and strong winds.
It is recommended arming the finish between coats with thin
synthetic mesh grid, to reduce the action of efforts and strong
moves, giving more resistance to the support.

DILUTION: The product is supplied ready to apply.

INCOME: On average and per layer 1.5–2.0 Kg/m2 of the mixture, variable
according with to the thickness and absorption of the surface.

The filling of the cracks should be done in layers if necessary.

RECOMMENDATIONS: − Temperature application between 5ºC and 30ºC.

− Do not apply in environments with relative humidity above
80%.
− Do not work under the direct action of the sun, neither rain
nor wind.
− If the surfaces sealed with NEUCESEAL suffer high
aggressive mechanical action, it should be covered with a
protective element, e.g. ceramic.

 PRECAUTIONS: This product has a tenor in
clorometilisotiozolinona/metilisotiozolinona 3:1 inferior to 15
ppm, in agreement with the indications of Community Directive
nr. 98/8/EC. Therefore this product doesn’t irritating and
doesn’t presents risk of causing sensitization in contact with the
skin. In spite of not presenting risks for the health, it is advisable
to maintain out of the children's reach.

STORAGE AND The packing’s should be conserved properly closed, in

PACKING: environmental conditions of pleasant temperatures and humidity
and spend the product by chronological order of supplying.
Use it, preferentially, until 2 years after the date of manufacture,
but it can be used after that date, since that an easy
homogenization of the product is verified.
It is supplied in packing’s of 1lt, 5lt and 15 liters.
