Dear Delegates!
We humbly welcome you to the upcoming challenge to prove your
sportsmanship and athletic skills.
There are some things you must keep in mind and agree upon before
registering yourself to Eagles Sports Fest’23:
O To allow delegates to enjoy this event to its fullest extent, we have
divided the event into 2 bundles you can register yourself into.
Delegates can only play one game of each bundle
O Your delegation must consist of minimum 8 members to maximum 10
members in the first bundle. In the second bundle, your delegation
must be of minimum 3 to maximum 5 members
O The total registration fees for the first bundle is 6,000 PKR per team
and the second is 4,500 PKR per team. The payment of each bundle
is individual
O If any delegate is a minor, they must get consent from their legal guardian
before taking part in the event
O All delegates below 16 and above 18 must write their correct age so
that the delegation is appropriately paired.
O All delegates must conduct themselves properly during the event
O Team ESF will not be responsible for any destruction of property or
misuse of materials and kits so delegates must be ready to take
responsibility for their actions
O Team ESF will not take any responsibility over any injuries or damages
caused to delegates during the sports. Your well-being is in your own
hands

 This registration form is only for the day events and sports competitions, the tickets
for the social nights except the formal dinner will be sold separately to each delegate at a
discounted price.

● Tickets of the Qawali night are 800 PKR each

● Tickets of the concert night are 1,000 PKR each No

separate tickets will be sold to outsiders.
