Hi, I'm Ashleigh from Michigan. Fat talk was an around me and my friends. My friends
did it, moms did it, and nobody really stopped to think how all the negativity affected people. I
always compared myself to the models in magazines and the celebrities on television—I would
pick out all the things that made me different from them and feel as though I wasn't pretty I think
the media definitely had a lot to do with my own negative thoughts about body image. There
were no plus-size models in the magazine ads and it was still considered a bad thing to be
anything but a sample size.
Although I think media still has a long way to go in changing the social norms
surrounding body image, it is good to know that small changes are happening. In the end, it's
about feling healthy ard good about yourself, no matter what size you are.

Meet and Greet event after I purchase their album and mini album. It was at a famous mall in
Jakarta. I was so excited.
I went to the venue early because I want to make sure I am not late. I go thought the
document checking and enter the place. I found a seat and chat with other fans. When the event
starts, I waited patiently. I was very happy just seeing their faces up and close. It was something
that I can not do in concert. So, when it is my turn, I go to their table and ask autographs and
photos.

Mr. Hamdani is a very helpful, kind-hearted and generous man. He always helps people
without asking then to repay his favor. He is willing to help them because he loves doing it.
One day while walking into a dusty road, Mr. Hamdani saw a purse, so he fetched it to
see an indentity card, but he noticed that the purse was empty. Suddenly a woman with a
policeman shouted at him and got him arrested.
The woman asked where he hid her money, but Mr. Hamdani replied, "It was empty
when found it, Ma'am." The woman yelled at him, "Please return it. It's for my son's school fee!
Mr. Hamdani noticed that the woman really felt sad, so he handed all his money. He said, "Take
these, sorry for the inconvenience." The woman received the money and left. The policeman held
Mr. Hamdani for further questioning.
On her way home, the woman felt very happy. However, when she counted her money
later on, it was doubled. She was shocked, but she couldn't do anything. She didn't know who the
man was and where he lived.
The following day while the woman was going to pay her son's school fee, she noticed
that a skinny man was walking behind her. She thought he might rob her, so she approached a
policeman standing nearby. He was the same policeman, who she took along to inquire about her
purse. The woman told him about the man following her, but suddenly they saw that man
collapsing. They ran towards him and saw that he was Mr. Hamdani whom they arrested
yesterday for stealing her money.
He looked very weak. The policeman said to the woman, "Poor man. He didn't return
your money, but he gave your his money. He wasn't the thief, but hearing about your son's
school fee, he felt sad and gave you his money." Then, they helped Mr. Hamdani stand up and he
told the woman, "Please go ahead and pay your son's school fee. I saw you and followed you to
be sure that no one steals your son's school fees." The woman was speechless and het tears
dropped.

Last week Super Junior-M or Su Ju-M, a famous Korean boy band that is Widely known
for its songs and dance, performed In Jakarta. The band of eight boys were to perform on Sunday
rught and they had arrived in Jakarta one day before the concert.
They arrived at Soekarno-Hatta Airport on Saturday evening. To welcome them, several
fans and I decided to wait for them at the hotel they were booked into. After waiting for several
mtnutes, they arrived. We cheered happily and wanted to shake their hands. However, their
management wanted the boy band to have a rest for a while. They promised that there would be a
press conference later. Not long after, the boy band had a press conference at the hotel lobby.
During the final section, many fans, including me, took photographs with them and received their
autographs.
On Sunday night we went to the convention hall where the concert was held, by taxi. The
concert was due to begin at eight, but we had arrived there at six thirty. The tickets were sold out
and it was very crowded. You know what' Most of the audience were teenagers, especially girls,
and many of them wore K-pop costumes. The police and security officers guarded the line
between the stage and audience. They didn't let anyone jump onto the stage.
At about eight, the boy band appeared on stage. They sang their songs and danced.
During the concert, they also introduced their new songs. The audience cheered, sang and
followed their dances. At the end of the concert, the band said thank you in Indonesian or terima
kasih and the audience gave them a big round of applause.
Overall, the concert was a success.
