needs help and also to develop the leadership and unity to the youth for the better future and good
governance for better and peaceful Mindanao.

To build a unity, leadership to the community
To helping the community and land of Mindanao.
To Develop a peace, and Unity to the land of Promise.
To Develop the youth for good governance for the near future.

Article 2. Chairman and Vice Chairman Function and Obligation

Chairman for Public Communication To: take task of all Public Communication, in or out the
Organization, He/ She handle all paper works all Documents of
all communication in organization, and to take charge all
Chapter Communication documents.

Chairman for Operation To: take task of all Operation, function, task and also obligation of
Chairman and Vice chairman, He/ She aye of Organization
And to take charge of all officers in all chapter
