Preparation
TOOLS: -

MATERIALS to prepare
1. 400 gallon water tank SIRIM MS1225
2. 4" x 5.8m L UPVC pipe sirim MS1063-4 pcs
3. 3/4" poly tank connector
4. 1/2" x 3/4" poly reducing bush
5. Seal tape
6. 4" x 90 upvc elbow sirim - 7 pcs
7. 4" x 45 upvc elbow sirim - 2 pcs
8. 4" upvc socket sirim - 2 pcs
9. 500g PVC glue
10. 3/4" steel baud
11. PVC wall plug & stainless tapping screw

Steps to install tile

- ensure the water tank footing is well repaired
- ensure the position of the tank & the piping location from gutter is correct
- ensure the length is correct before cutting the pipe
- ensure glue been apply evenly, jointing is firm
- ensure all the joint are fix as per above picture
- ensure have tie the pipe at the top of the water tank, firm to hold the pipe

- complete the inspection form
