SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Business Need: Due to the increasing registration of ROTC students

(expected 10% per year) a new system should be created. This will enable us
to streamline the registration process, allow students to enroll themselves,
and allow ROTC students to access the system from any computer that has
access to an internet connection.

Business Requirements:
The functionality that the system should have is listed below;
 Secure user registration
 Login authentication
 Forgot password functionality
 User profile management
 User role management
 User activity monitoring
 Integration with other systems

Business Value: The 1202nd CDC Cadet officers online mobile-base can
improve security by adopting a registration and login mechanism that ensures
only authorized personnel can use the system. A personalized user
experience, such as customized settings and preferences, saved searches,
and recommendations based on user activity, can be provided by the system.
The system can reduce time and boost efficiency for both users and
administrators by automating the registration and login procedure. We expect
improved organization and management as a result of the system's ability to
assist the 1202nd CDC Cadet officers web mobile-base in better organizing
and managing its resources through centralized access control and user
management.
Special issues:
 Security issues must be addressed, as ROTC students will have
access to organization files.
 Due to rapid increase in ROTC registration, this project needs to be
finished within six to nine months.

Objectives:

General objectives:
This study aims to develop a comprehensive web- mobile registration
and login system that meets the unique needs of the 1202 nd Cadet
officers while ensuring a high level of security and ease of use.

Specific Objectives:
Specifically, this study aims to;

1. Manage user’s account of cadet official, cadet officer and basic

ROTC student;
2. Allows users to register online
3. To implement features in terms of;
3.1. Password reset
3.2. Email verification; and
3.3. Profile management to evaluate user’s experience
