amount of US $20.000 (Twenty Thousand United States Dollars) avaible by drafts on us at sight
marked. Drawn under Irrevocable Letter of Credit no. 318371 of The Ina Perdana Bank accompanied
by the following documents:

1. Signed Commercial Invoice in original document

2. Ocean Bills of Lading consigned to the order of the Ina Perdana Bank, Indonesia notify
applicant and marked freight collect
3. Measurement List in original document
4. Inspection certificate in 1 copy

Shipment from Nakano – Ku, Japan to Indonesia with latest shipping date on 07 August 2023.
Partial shipment is not allowed, and transhipment is not allowed.

All banking charges outside Indonesia are for beneficiary account. All of the documents must
be presented within 21 days from Bill of Landing date.

At the request of our correspondent, we confirm this credit and also engage with you that all
drafts drawn under, and in compliance with terms of this credit will be duly honored if presented for
payment to Ina Perdana Bank in Bekasi, Indonesia or before the expiration date of this Letter of
Credit.
 This Letter of Credit is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits
(1993 revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication 500 in effect on the date of the
issuance of this Letter of Credit (the “UCP”) and, as to matters no addressed by the UCP, is subject to
and governed by Texas State Law of Credit and applicable U.S. Federal Law.

This Letter of Credit is subject to the International Standby Practices 1998, International
Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590 (“ISP98”), in effect on the date this Letter of Credit is
issued, and as to matters not addressed by ISP98 is subject to and governed by Texas State Law and
applicable U.S. Federal Law.
