 2. Negotiable insurance policy or certificate and 02 copies for at least 110 percent of invoice
value, covering marine risks and all risks, indicating loss, if any, payable in the United States
in U.S. dollars.
3. Full set of clean "on board" ocean bill of lading to the order of shipper blank endorsed
marked "freight prepaid" showing "notify John Smith & Company 123 Main Street San
Francisco, CA 94123"

Draft (s) must indicate the number and date of this credit.

The amount of each draft negotiated under this credit must be endorsed on the reverse of this credit
and the presentation of any such draft to us shall be a warranty by the presenting bank, that such
endorsement has been made.

Documents must be forwarded to us by courier in one parcel and may be mailed to The WideTech
Bank Jl Setiabudi, Jakarta, Indonesia. This credit is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for
Documentary Credits (2022 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce, Publication Number 600,
and engages us in accordance with the terms thereof.

Charges: All charges of banks other than ours are for beneficiary's account. However, our out of
pocket expenses incurred in effecting any payment (s) hereunder are also for beneficiary's account.

Period for presentation: Documents must be presented at place of expiration no later than 21 days
after date of shipment and within documentary credit validity.
