Q.1 Prepare a planning process step by step for public building. Prepare an (15)
activity flow chart and single line layout plan, workout different type of
area of building unit and overall plot size. Adopt all the government
guidelines as the public building project is proposed by local authority
within urban area. Adopt National Building Code.

hard landscaping to create sustainable building-built environment.

c) Draw the plan and section elevation bifurcated staircase for academic
building. Consider all barrier free user criteria.

d) Draw the foundation plan for typical raw house for low-income group.
The building is designed as a framed structure.

Q.4 Attempt any One (01) of the followings: (06)

a) Prepare a One-Point Perspective for master bedroom for Highest

Income Group. Consider king size bed, side table, left long wall with
window and door, right long wall with wardrobe. Beautify perspective
with electrical fixtures, photo frame, dressing table, curtain, etc.

b) Prepare Two-point perspective for community Hall as enclosed layout

plan (assume all the required dimensions). Observer is observing the
Community Hall to get maximum details of the building. Consider
plinth, sill, lintel, slab, parapet height as per public building
guidelines. Beautify the perspective answer with plaster textures up to
plinth level, types of door window, parapet wall with cement grill
block, etc.

historical period of Town planning.

of town. Suggest suitable measures under government initiate to

diagram and the relation of density, land value and building activity.
