The reflection questions

Backward-looking
As a BBA student, I haven't study this kind of lessons yet and this was the first time I gone into
details of corporate social responsibility and ethical challenges. The idea of CSR was a little
piece of taxation or court thing in my mind, but after this class, I have learned how to manage
stakeholders, what are their affect to my or the business.
Inward-looking
In the future, I will be businesswoman or someone who is working in business area, at that
time, I personally think that being a responsible on all the things I have made or participate.
Through this thought, in the workplace, having an respect and be responsible for what I'm doing
to the earth, society, and for the humans.
Outward-looking
In the workplace, there are many different types of people, are they all responsible for what they
doing, unfortunately no. The thing I want to distribute is do what you say to and always thinking
about that if I do this what can be happen in the future and what is the harmful side of this
project.
Forward-looking
One thing I would like to improve upon is using quadrant diagram effectively, this method is the
best approach to analyze what is important for me and what is urgent.
