Assignment #1: Team Venture Proposal

Venture Proposal should contain 4 parts (be brief and concise):

1) What is the Problem?

With the emergence of technology and at the same time the existence of
pandemic, some people are isolating themselves. A lot of individuals nowadays
are suffering from a poor mental health and this also affects their physical
health (poor nutrition: undernourished and overnourished).

2) What is your proposed solution?

We are proposing an application that would help people have a healthy lifestyle
by offering nutritious foods and some services that would help boost their
mental health; such as having daily “to-do” list that would remind them to avoid
doing negative things. Furthermore, this food service that this business offers
will assure customers the taste and safety that everyone is looking for.

3) Who are your target markets?

Our priority target markets are individuals who have poor mental health and
have poor nutrition. However, our app is also available to the people who are
into healthy lifestyle like vegetarians and those who want to lose weight, and
lastly, those who are in a hurry to prepare nutritious food.

4) How do you plan to deliver it? Earn from it?

One of the things that will be listed in the “to-do” reminder is to eat healthy food
that our business uniquely offers. With this, users of our apps will be
encouraged to order from us. Once the customer chooses their food, they will
place their order, pay it right in the app or pay it upon delivery, and then they
will receive the food in an estimated delivery time. Advertising is a way that
food delivery apps make money. Thus, this is our strategy to entice consumers
to buy our food.
