Introduction
The pursuit of perfection is a complex process that takes place together with the professional
formation of a person and lasts almost a lifetime.
Professional development is a continuous process of forming the personality of a specialist in the
future, which begins at the moment of choosing a profession and ends when a person stops
working. In the broadest sense, professional formation is understood as a person's education in a
certain profession according to his mental abilities, physical capabilities, interests and
aspirations, as well as his values and worldviews, then he enters and adapts to this field, and
finally becomes a mature and qualified specialist over the years.
Theoretical basis or Methods
To correctly guide students to choose a profession for the purpose of professional formation, to
develop the independence of students in creative activities in the chosen profession in the future,
the characteristics of thinking activities (innovation, sudden discovery, understanding,
sensitivity, etc.) , the joy of creativity, encouragement, etc. should be considered as one of the
important tasks of education.
The initial and, at the moment, very important stage of the process of professional formation
includes the period before the choice of the future profession, that is, before a definite
professional decision.
Vocational formation is the expression of a clear and conscious decision related to the choice of
a specific type of work activity or professional field, and is directly related to goal-oriented work
carried out with students.
The concept of "professional formation" as a process is based on the idea of creativity. This
situation is extremely important, because it is considered one of the important fundamental
problems of the pedagogical system.
Results
One of the most important activities in a person's life is professional success (benefiting both
family and society through a chosen profession). The moral value of a person is measured by his
professional ability, aspirations, and attitude towards his colleagues. If the child does not have a

professional inclination, interest, and desire for this profession, his professional skills will not be
realized in practice, will not be embodied in specific directions.
Directing students to a profession determined on the basis of their professional interest and
ability gives meaning to their lives. That's why it is necessary to help students from school to
study, work, develop feelings, duties and tasks necessary for life and acquire skills and
qualifications for other positive habits. Because a mistake in raising and teaching high school
students will be reflected in their further studies and life, professional activity as an unnatural
and irreparable mistake. It is necessary to teach students to choose the right profession, not only
thinking about their own interests, but also to choose an independent profession by continuously
monitoring their intellectual potential, professional aspirations, and inclinations. For this, several
things must be done [8]:
First, by building professional skills. Because any type of ability consists of a complex
psychological concept of a person, which includes a system of characteristics proportional to the
requirements of the activity. Therefore, ability should be understood not as a single
characteristic, but as a synthesis of characteristics that can meet the requirements of a person's
activity and provide an opportunity to achieve high performance in this activity.
One of the leading features of the ability is to creatively imagine the essence of things and
events. It is the result of the formation and development of a person.
Second, by developing professional thinking. Because preparing a person for professional
situations is directly related to the problem of developing students' scientific and creative
thinking in career guidance. In fact, training students in professional thinking means arming
young people with the concept of connection between professional experiment and theory,
knowing the main methods of research in the field of professional activity, knowing the stages of
the creative process in acquiring new knowledge and their sequence.
Thirdly, to increase the creativity of students by directing them to the profession in schools.
Because preparation for any competition is a real vital need of independent talented young
people, an important area of their spiritual maturity, etc., has its own scientific and practical
pedagogical value.
A student studying at school changes his choice of profession not once, but several times.
Because, as the student's knowledge becomes richer, his skills and qualifications increase, his
outlook expands. Increasingly, the type of training that can meet the mental and physical
capacity and mental capacity will find its value. In this way, the student gains confidence that "I
will become a doctor (or scientist, builder, turner, entrepreneur, etc.)."
Limiting yourself to the most basic features in such activities does not allow you to achieve the
intended goal. Therefore, at this point, it is necessary to focus on increasing the weight of the
required characteristics, looking at the activity indicators of the student in all areas as a general
set [9].
Discussion
Choosing a profession is a serious and responsible job. It is not an easy task to determine one's
life path seriously. For this, a long time and special preparation is required. In order to
thoroughly prepare young people for independent work and to make them choose their
profession according to their abilities, school teachers should have high pedagogical skills,
knowledge level, didactic, academic, organizational, perceptive abilities, and the basics of
science. it is necessary to study in connection with, rationally organize circle and additional,
auxiliary courses, give lectures on professions in schools, conduct conversations, debates,
organize trips, meetings, photo exhibitions on professions.
Arousing interest in the profession is directly related to the teacher's pedagogical activity.
Connecting and harmonizing work education with life, taking into account the individual-
typological, age characteristics, technical abilities, intellectual levels and opportunities of

students will have a positive effect. Because every profession requires willpower, mental
seriousness and the ability to withstand trials.
Vocational guidance is an educational process of teaching a certain profession to a student based
on the needs of society. As stated in the "Regulation on the organization of psychological service
activities in general secondary and special state educational institutions", the schools have a
comprehensive approach to the main issues such as increasing the efficiency of the work of
guiding students to professions and students' ability, talent, interest in professions, inclination
and the right choice of professions [10].
Before directing a student to one or another profession, it is necessary to study his personality.
For this purpose, it is possible to analyze the student's practical actions at school, in public
places, in the family and at work, conduct a survey, interview, test, take. In order to rationally
organize the activities of choosing a profession, it is necessary to consider which field specialists
our country needs and, accordingly, send schoolchildren to a profession based on their
inclination, aspirations, interests, opportunities, mental and physical abilities, and determine
whether they are suitable for this or that profession. It is important to inform students about the
requirements for them, where they can get this profession. The development of professional
skills and human thinking, the ability to see existing problems in science and ways to solve them,
all this is a problem-heuristic level. Here we consider the theoretical and practical aspects of
career guidance of students:
The theoretical aspect of professional orientation involves the formation of deep knowledge
about all aspects of professional activity, learning based on this knowledge, applying theoretical
knowledge to practice, and learning ways to transfer the opposite practice to theory. The
practical aspect of career orientation consists in learning to apply acquired knowledge in a
certain field of life activity. This prepares young people to have a conscious attitude towards
choosing a profession. Students learn about professions and knowledge not only at school, but
also from mass media, acquaintances, and relatives. Taking into account the above, it is
necessary to pay attention to the following when guiding young people to the profession [11].
 Timely identification of students' activity, passions, aspirations, desires, motives, virtues,
especially their interest in professions;
 Taking into account individual typological characteristics, age and gender of students, send
each of them to a reasonable profession;
 In order to rationally organize the activity of choosing a profession, it is necessary to think
about which field specialists our country needs and, accordingly, depending on their mental
and physical abilities, as well as determine their suitability for this or that profession, and
then send them to the profession;
 Establishing a strong relationship with parents;
 Career counseling should be arranged.
Another reason that makes it difficult to choose an adequate profession is the low level of
psychological knowledge among students, insufficient information about their abilities,
individual and psychological characteristics, tendencies. Lack of self-awareness creates major
difficulties in defining a professional identity. Some students believe that they lack the expressed
interests, abilities, and aptitudes, while others have difficulty narrowing down the range of career
choices they have. The third have certain professional goals, but do not have the necessary
professional qualities. The majority of students, even their parents, often choose an educational
institution or educational activity without paying attention to work. This choice is based on
interest in one or another subject. In fact, there is a big gap between study and work activities
within the respective subject. Before the process of professional self-awareness, in the period of
adolescence and adolescence, few students think about the possibilities of acquiring one or
another profession, and they think about professions based on external attributes, such as clothes,

behavior, and so on. It is during this period that students should be introduced to the world of
professions, given the opportunity to try themselves in various types of activities, often the
interests that arise at this young age become the basis for the future professional choice.
Conclusion
In conclusion, it should be noted that the components influencing the professional formation of a
person are: motives (intentions, interests, inclinations, ideals), value orientations (determining
the specific characteristics of the profession and ensuring its quality), professional position
(readiness for professional development). The main changes at each age point to his gradual and
consistent professional development.
