Lesson 3: Summary and Essential Question – Peer-graded assignment

Teachers that work too hard are the ones that burn out

Hi there! It’s a pleasure to meet you all. My name is Binoy, and usually go by the nick name Bee. Today, I’ll be sharing
with you what my opinion is, on the essential question, “Teachers that work too hard are the ones that burn out”,
my opinion on that statement whether I agree or disagree with it and the reasons to justify my opinion. First off, I
thank all of you in advance for taking your time to review my assignment, and here we go!

In my opinion, I disagree with the above assumption because it is not about working too hard, but what makes a
teacher work hard. Knowing how to organize and plan work ahead should be the main thing that should be done as
teachers. The profession of teaching is not an easy one indeed, but we should realize its importance and be ready for
it prior. To my way of thinking, organization and time management are the keys to succeed in teaching. Teachers
who are not pre organized and don’t manage time efficiently and effectively are always stressed out and rushes in
everything which obviously makes them burnout for no reason. Also in the preparation of lessons, it should not be
too hard in a way that teachers’ burnout and feel exhausted. Making is as simple as possible is the best way.

By the above justification, it is clear that there is nothing as such called burnout but something which has arisen by
the wrongful ways used by teachers.
