Early life and childhood traumas:


Arthur's childhood is marked by abuse and neglect. He was physically abused by his mother's
partner and suffered from emotional neglect.
Arthur's relationship with his mother is one of dependency.
His mother, Penny's relationship with Thomas Wayne was a delusion, he experiences a sense of
betrayal and an identity crisis. This revelation further fractures his already fragile mental state.
His condition, characterized by his uncontrollable laughter, made him a target of mockery and
ridicule.

Symptoms
