a) Concerns:
1. Corresponding author should be the faculty member from the institution

Dr. Nazish Jaffar who is the faculty member at Jinnah Sindh Medical
University (JSMU) has been made the corresponding author for this
research.
2. Author listed at number 2 is from another institution, essentially
performed tasks identical to others. His name should be transferred to
the acknowledgement.
Previous corresponding author of this study, Muhammad Wasi Abbas met
Dr. Hasan Nawaz Tahir during his research electives at Aga Khan University
in 2020.
The proposal was developed under supervision of Dr. Hasan Nawaz Tahir. In
data analysis he was the key investigator in coding and recoding variables,
developing plan of analysis.
His notable contributions in developing sampling strategies, calculating the
sample size and figuring out the inclusion/exclusion criteria helped us
design the correct methodology for this research paper.
The development of results table and discussion for the manuscript were all
written under his supervision.
Dr. Hasan in digital health expert at Aga Khan University, his work in the
area was pivotal in developing the concept of this manuscript. This
manuscript will lead to future grant development with piloting of
telemedicine solution. This work is prerequisite formative work for that
grant.
