This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT has been made this day between the above
mentioned 'Employer, HABA Kinderschule and the above mentioned 'Employee,
under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Both parties agree on the following terms and conditions:

CLAUSE 2 (PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT)

CLAUSE 3 (THE EMPLOYERS RESPONSIBILITIES)

CLAUSE 4 (THE EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES)

a. During the terms of this Agreement, the employee must cooperate and comply with the instructions
and disciplines of the school. Assisting the Supervisor' or 'Director' he/she must carry out assignments
as directed by the employer. The Supervisor' or'Director will be responsible for establishing and
communicating the 'Standards of Performance' as related to the duties stated in this contract.

b. The employee MUST be adequately prepared for the classes in advance, preparing a detailed lesson
plan for every class, every day.

C. At all times during the term of this contract,


employees must maintain a clean and neat appearance.
While suits and ties not
are
mandatory, a professional appearance is desirable. (no t-shirts, shorts, holes
in clothing, visible piercing(s), etc)

Develop educational programs and materials, expanding off of what is already provided in
the curriculum

Indoor/outdoor classroom activities for/with students

Level testing, grading, evaluation, and assessment of students

Providing students with individualized care

Attending employee's meetings, training, and workshops

Other related activities and requirements

CLAUSE 5 (WORKING HOURS)

a. During the term of this Agreement, the employee should work in cooperation with the Supervisor or

Director Monday(10:00-13:00), Friday(10:00-14:00), and during special events.

b. Employees will be required to attend some special events throughout the year (Workshops,
graduation ceremony, etc), which may fall on a Saturday. Employees do not receive additional

CLAUSE 6 (SALARY AND OVERTIME RATE)

employer agrees to pay the employee salary of 2,300,000 Korean Won.

b. The payment of the employees' salary is
made on 5 of each month, after the required work is
to be
completed. This payment is corresponded to the previous month's work. .If the employees has not
worked al of the normal working days in a month, the employees' salary for that month shall be
prorated for the corresponding number of days worked.

c. Each teaching hour exceeding the 30 teaching hours a week will be considered as overtime. The
payment for the overtime will be 22,500 Korean Won per each teaching hour. Attendance at scheduled
staff meetings and workshops, along with preparation for classes is mandatory and not considered as
Overtime.

d. In principle, if Party B is hospitalized or quarantined by the health authorities under the lInfection
Prevention Act, or if a confirmed patient, a taxpayer, or a contact occurs at workplace and is closed for
disinfection and quarantine, the period shall be unpaid.

SALARY DEDUCTIONS (q34)


a. In case of an absence, the amount equivalent to 2/20 of one-month salary will be deducted
from the employee's salary.

b. The Employee has to be punctual for classes. Three late arrivals will count as one absence.

CLAUSE 8 (ORIENTATION PERIOOD)

a. Upon arrival in Korea, the employee will be guaranteed three days for orientation, training, and

general time to settle down, before being expected to begin his/her regular teaching work. The
employee will receive half pay during the training period.

b. During the orientation period the employee is required to attend the training and learning about the
school system.

CLAUSE 9 (HOLIDAYS, VACATION, AND SICK DAYS)

a. Paid Holidays
Employee will observe and be paid for holidays as prescribed in a yearly calendar by Korean law.

b. Paid Vacation
The employee will receive 1 week (Weekends inclusive) summer vacation and 1 week (weekends
inclusive) winter vacation as scheduled by the school.

c. Sick Day
When Employee takes a sick leave for more than three (3) days (inclusive of a national holiday.
(Saturday and Sunday), Employee shal submit a practicing doctor's medical report to Employer

Employee's paid sick leave during the Term of Employment shall not exceed three ( 3 ) business days.
If Employee requires a sick leave for more than three (3) business days,
Employee may take a further sick leave without pay.

CLAUSE 10 (SEVERANCE PAYMENT

Upon completion of this one-year contract, the employee will receive a severance payment of
2,300,000 Korean Won, equal to one month's salaries, in accordance with Korean Laws. This payment
will be made at the time of
completion of the contract period and any and all income taxes are to be
withheld.

CLAUSE 11 (DISMISSAL OR VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION)

a. The employer reserves the right to dismiss the employee from employment for the following causes:

Neglect or inability to perform his/her duties stipulated in this agreement

Criminal behavior or misconduct according to Korean Law

Failure to fulfill one's duties or damaging the business operation of the school due to
reasons of the employee's interests in employment elsewhere.

b. The employer agrees to give the employee the courtesy of 20 working days notice in the event
of dismissal. However, in the case of a employee's criminal behavior, misconduct, or with any
discretion thereof, he/she will be dismissed from employment immediately, without warning or
notice. Overall, the employer reserves to right to dismiss an employee at anytime.

can deny a release letter to the employee seeking another job position elsewhere.

CLAUSE 12 (GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION)

a. This Agreement is governed under the laws of the Republic of Korea and any breach of this contract,
of any form, may result in prosecution through the
legal system in the Republic of Korea.

b. This Agreement is made final and firm unless


any material modification
or amendment to this

this Agreement.
