Please take your time and read the instructions carefully.
Please use Google Chrome and don't open multiple tabs.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE
TESTS
Test 1 is compulsory and counts towards your year mark (25%).
The test must be completed on Vutela and submitted on Vutela. NO email submissions.
You must type all your answers using: lower case letters, font size 11 and Arial font.
Even the beginning letter of the word. If a word has a hyphen type the hyphen.
With the Fill in the blanks question, you are required to type the answer in.
Use a lowercase font to do so. If the question asks for more than one answer type more
than one answer. Look at the mark allocation.
The test has only ONE attempt.
Take your time and don't use your attempt without thinking! You will get a zero!

SAVE your work as you complete each answer.
There is a force completion setting on the test.
IMPORTANT: The test must be done in ONE sitting and you cannot exit the test and come
back to do it. If you do so then you risk getting a zero.
Once you start the test you will have to complete the test. You will NOT be able to stop and
restart the test.
The test MUST be completed in one sitting. You have TIME LIMIT of 60 minutes. A timer
will be displayed at the top of the screen telling you how much time has elapsed.

The test questions will be presented to you one question at a time NOT all at once. When
moving to the next question press the > arrow at the bottom of the screen NOT the >> arrow
(as this will take you to the last question). If you are at the end and want to back-track use
the
« arrow.
Please make sure you have enough data and access to the network. Find a quiet place to do
the test so you can concentrate.
Please start the test early and do not wait to do it at the last moment. I have given you
enough time to complete the test and have acknowledged your challenges.
Results will be accessible only once all students have completed the test at the end of the day
