Overall Operation:

Tyler, Tx recieved Unit 1824, May 2023. Boom is very smooth and easy to operate. Engine is healthy with no emission problems.

Recent Major Repairs:

Truck:

When truck came from Lubbock it wouldn't shift into first gear or second. We replaced the Top-Hat shaft, bushings, and seals. The compressor was

locked up and belt broken off. We replaced Compressor, dryer, high and low switch and now blows cold. We replaced the shift tower seal to block hot

air from engine compartment.

Pump:

Replaced E-stop manifold, cleaned Acc pump regulator and set pressure. As of 5July2023 we are waiting on a new gear pump and after installation

we will flow the concrete pumps and reset pressures. We cleaned the hydraulic tank and replaced oil cooler top hydraulic hose. Piston cups replaced in

June and drain hose replaced.
