Sharks and whales are a classic example of two different animals revealing similar

because they are both large aquatic animals, they both consume large volume of
food, however, sharks hunt for their food. Whales do not have this hunting
tendency. Another difference of sharks to whales is their class. Whales are
mammals while sharks are fish but they both live in the ocean. Also, whales have
bones while sharks only have cartilages.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a big pot. I used a Dutch oven.


Add the garlic and chicken thighs, skin side down.
Sear the chicken on both sides.
Once done searing the chicken, add the oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Mix to the coat the chicken.
Add the vinegar, brown sugar, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
Bring the liquid to a boil and lower to a simmer.
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
Flip the chicken every 20 minutes, so each side gets an even amount of color.
Serve chicken over a bed of rice.
