ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

I, Maricel Larot and Joel Brito, of legal age, Married. Recently

owner of a Subdivision. Located at Purok Morning Star, Calula, Roseller
T. Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereby Acknowledge that I received One
Hundred Thousand pesos (PHP100, 000.00). Philippine Currency from
Ginalyn D. Panes with a Residence of a Postal Address of Kulambugan,
Roseller T. Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay.
As Partial Payment of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand pesos
(PHP360,000.00), the actual selling price, of Residential Lot Declared in
the name of Maricel Larot cntaining an area of Four Hundred Fifty
square meter (450sqm.) thereon.
The remaining balance amounting to Two Hundred Sixty
Thousand (PHP260,000) be paid Twenty-Four Months (2 years) after.
With monthly amortization of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty
Three pesos (PHP10,833) as both agreed between the vendor and the
vendee.
