after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That, we are the legitimate heirs of the late SALVADOR L. STA. MARIA who died
on June 3, 2014 in Jalajala, Rizal, the registered owner of a parcel of land covered by TCT
No. M-3734 with TAX DECLARATION No. 18-J-008-00832 containing an area of
SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT (6,498 ) square meters more or
less, located at Brgy, Pagkalinawan, Municipality of Jalajala, Province of Rizal;

2. That, our aggregate landholding does not exceed the retention limits of 5 hectares;

3. We undertake to maintain the agricultural productivity of the above-mentioned parcel

of land and this land is not tenanted;

4. This affidavit is being executed to attest to the foregoing and as per compliance to the
requirements for DAR Clearance pursuant to DAR Administrative Order No. 8 Series of
1995 and DAR A.O No. 6 Series of 1996.
