In terminology, communication is defined as notification of
something (message) from one party to another using a medium.
As social beings, humans often communicate with each other.

understand the elements of communication, including:

from the communicator, then understands,
translate and finally respond.

By communicating, we can establish mutual
understanding with other people because
communication has several very important functions,
including:
1. Information function.
To notify something (message) to certain parties, with
the intention that the communicant can understand it.
2. Expression function.
As a form of expression of feelings / thoughts of the
communicator on what he understands about
something or problem.
3. Control function.

2.2 Definition of Ethics

According to experts, ethics is nothing but the rules
of behavior, human customs in dealing with each other
and confirming what is right and what is bad.
The word ethics or commonly also called ethics,
comes from the Greek word "ethos" which means norms,
values, rules and standards for good human behavior.
Besides that, in terms of etymology (word origin),
the term ethics comes from the Latin word ethicus which
means habit. Something is considered ethical or good, if it
is in accordance with the customs of society.
Ethics is also called a normative science, so by itself
it contains provisions that can be used as a reference for
judging whether behavior is good or bad, as formulated
by some of the following experts:
1. Drs. OP Simorangkir: ethics or ethics as a human
view of behaving according to good standards and values.
2. Drs. Sidi Gajalba in the systematics of philosophy:
ethics is a theory about human behavior in terms of good
and bad, as far as reason can determine.
3. Drs. H. Burhanudin Salam: ethics is a branch of
philosophy that talks about moral values and norms that
determine human behavior in life.
We need to understand together that this ethic can be
applied in all aspects or sides of our lives, thus this ethic
can be divided into several parts according to the aspects
or sides of human life.
