Discrepancy report
Basic:
Discrepancy report should be done twice on daily basis for the room
control purpose. GSA is responsible to verify them without the
mistake.
Procedure:
GSA will assign one GSA to check on the room status and
record at the front office column on the housekeeping report.
After the room status has been record on all rooms then we
will find the discrepancy room (if is the conflict on the room
status between the front office department and housekeeping
department)
