Mix the 3 cups of water and 1/3 cup of All purpose flour on a big bowl.

Turn on the pan on low heat and put the butter

Pour the mixture of water and flour on the pan, on medium heat continue stirring
until boil

Put the 1pc. chicken cube, 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 tbsp soysauce (to taste) and 1 tbsp of
garlic powder.

Stir until thick then pour the 1/3 cup of evaporated milk.

Pour the mixture on a strainer then repack the gravy.
