Position – Portfolio Advisory

Location – Gurgoan

Launchpad Fintech Private Limited is a technology-based startup to provide solutions in the
wealth management space through the use of technology as a medium. We are engaged in
the business of providing of financial services and IT Solutions. We are registered as stock
broker in New Debt Segment of BSE Limited. Essentially, we act under the fintech domain to
serve our clients for their wealth management and advisory needs more specifically towards
the fixed income asset class. We serve to offer internet-based transactions of corporate &
tax saving bonds, government securities, 54EC bonds, FD & many more.

Core Responsibilities:
• Convert qualified leads into sales through calls, Relationship building with existing HNI
clients for fixed-income products – Bonds
• Understand the investment/financial needs, and risk appetite of the client to create and
manage a long-term relationship plan
• Identify and execute, new business opportunities with existing clients
• Handle the client’s investment portfolio, providing financial research, accurate
information and tailor-made financial solutions

• Should be relationship oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Impactful communication skills to effectively engage affluent consumers
• Self-motivated, dynamic, target-oriented & goals achiever who can work independently.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through customized and efficient support.

CTC Structure
Upto 5,00,000/- p.a
Fixed yearly Rentention Bonus

Note: The above-mentioned CTC is fixed and Incentives will be paid based on performance

Candidature Criteria
• Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance or similar)
• CFA Level 1 cleared
• Experience- 0-2 years
