 What is the nature of your business?

Our business is in the food service industry, and our main product is malunggay
pandesal. This is a family-owned business, and we serve pandesal (a Filipino breakfast
bread) in the neighborhood and throughout the town.

 Who are your customers?


Because we sell food, our consumers range in age, gender, and socioeconomic
position. Basically, it could be anyone who lives in our town. However, people from
outside of our town, occasionally order food from us.

 What industry are you operating?


We own a malunggay pandesal business, and because our products are food, we
are categorized under the food business industry.

 How much was your starting capital?


We started with a capital of 60,000 pesos. This includes our equipment costs,
labor costs for setting up the space, and rent for the location of our business.

 How much manpower involve from the start of the operation until now?
At first, I was the only one running the business, with my wife acting as saleslady
and cashier, and we hired one baker to handle the food production. But now I have three
bakers, two saleswomen, one cashier, and two delivery personnel.
