Essay: Better Society, What to do?

Following rules and regulations of the government, it is really important

because it will serve as our guidelines to achieve our certain goals. Rules and regulations will
help us and we will be aware of our proper actions and behaviors that we must have inside the
workplace. It can contribute to the success of society because we are not only promoting it
inside the workplace but we are also promoting it outside the workplace where we can influence
others to do right actions and behavior everywhere. Proper salary or compensation is a must
because they deserve to have a proper salary for them to be able to provide for their family, for
the society, especially for themselves. Having a proper salary makes employees more
productive and contributes to society. Have a charity program or activities, where my
business can contribute to the orphanage, people who are affected by certain calamities such as
floods, earthquakes, landslides etc.

This action might be a small help for us but to the

government and people who are affected is really a big help for them. Having correct
information and Legal papers will also contribute to society because it ensures the legality of
the business to avoid corruption and scammers. It protects the business from corruption and
promotes fairness to everyone. Being accountable and steward, without these two might not
help us to achieve our contribution to the company. Being accountable makes us aware of our
responsibilities that we have, it also helps us to achieve our plans and goals for us to be able to
contribute to society. Being a steward makes us initiate ourselves to start, promote and
contribute to society. We are willing and able to help and contribute to the society of its
betterment.

These actions will be my contribution to have a better and successful society. We can
improve our society if we start it ourselves. Be aware and make better actions!
