We all know that our community needs a leader.

A leader that is not just commanding

personnel but a leader that directs, motivate, influence and inspire its people to become a
better citizens, to reached the goals and objectives.

Good day to each and everyone, I am Jean Beberlyn V. Magtaas and I know that in my skills
and experienced in leadership during my school days and organization outsides, I can be a
leader, Your leader that can grow because I know that in myself I am not perfect person.
However I can learn and have the capabilities to lead, direct and supervise you.

According to Winston Churchill “With great powers comes with great responsibility”, And it
is right because as a leader you are responsible and accountable to your doings in our
community, Nevertheless, with my eagerness and passion to serve the people I believe that I
can easily surpass and do my job properly. More than this, as your leader, I need to think
critically and put the common good or the general interest first before mine. I need to
ensure that all of the projects, programs and activities will have great good effect to our
diverse community especially the marginalized people.

Four major points to focus on my administration, first education, we will make sure that our
schools and universities will have a good condition of learning equipment’s and facilities. We
will provide scholarships and educational assistance for everyone. And, We will make our
community a source of professionals. Second, health, during this time of pandemic we will
have a free weekly checkups on our barangay’s and sitio’s. The free face mask and alcohol
from the previous administration will continuously operate, because this is the essence of
my leadership, healing and growing term. We will adopt and continue the good activities and
programs of the previous one and impose laws to the right one.Third is support for the
LGBTQIA+ community because in the past years they don't get enough support from the
government such as support for protection,and laws and it is something that are
government needs to focus on because they also need to be heard they're opinions also
matters and I will make sure that now they will become visible to this community. And lastly,
agriculture and livelihood, we will make sure that our lands will be useful, through planting
and farming.

In addition to this, transparency and accountability and participation of people to express

democracy will be observed.
My dear people, this is my dream, my dream for you, my dream for us, A one great
community. So please lend me your hand and lets fulfill this dream, put your trust in me and
so I to you. We can do this!
