SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I Hannah Camille Reyes, Filipino, of legal age, single and resident of
2F Camia Westmont Village Barangay San Isidro, Paranaque City do hereby
APPOINT, Clarizze Ann Chua, Filipino, of legal age, single with residence and
postal address at Enrique St, San Andres Bukid Manila as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and perform the following
acts:

1. To represent me and perform all acts necessary for the processing of

rice importation with the Department of Agriculture, including but not
limited to submitting documents, completing forms, and
communication with the relevant authorities.
2. To sign, execute, and submit all documents, applications, agreements,
and any other instruments required by the Department of Agriculture or
any other related agency for the purpose of processing the rice
importation.
3. To make decisions on my behalf related to the rice importation
process, including but not limited to selecting shipping methods,
negotiating with suppliers, and making payments, as necessary.
4. To receive, endorse, and collect any documents, certifications,
permits, or licenses related to the rice importation process from the
Department of Agriculture or any other relevant authority.
5. To act as my representative in all matters related to the rice
importation process, including attending meetings, hearings, or any
other proceedings with the Department of Agriculture or any other
concerned entity.

Giving and granting unto our Attorney-in-Fact the full power and authority
to do and perform all acts and thing whatsoever necessary to be done in and
about the premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all previous transaction of all
kinds and all that my said Attorney-in-Fact, his/her delegates or substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
