This statement is connected to Transformational leadership theory, introduced by James MacGregor Burns (1978) and further developed by Bernard Bass (1985), leadership approach that aims to create valuable and positive change in individuals and social systems. Transformational leader can inspire and encourage their people to achieve excellence and bring about significant change in their organizations or communities by setting an example of this action.
In conclusion, the theme "promoting teamwork and collaboration"
indicates that there is unity within the classroom through teamwork and collaboration to maintain a positive classroom environment, and students are able to socialize with classmates with kindness, ensuring they feel more at ease approaching the classroom president.

is unity within the classroom through teamwork and collaboration to maintain a positive classroom environment, and students are able to socialize with classmates with kindness, ensuring they feel more at ease approaching the classroom president. The theme "socializing" demonstrates positive social change by promoting behaviors such as, being a classroom president means always being present to assist your classmates, having interaction with them, and building a good relationship with them. “Unity” indicates a crucial theme that a classroom president needs to socialize and strengthen the unity for effective leadership to maintain a positive classroom environment. Through the exploration of various themes, including "promoting teamwork and collaboration," "socializing," "supporting classroom rules and policies," "serving as a role model," and "Optimism," we have gained insights into the experiences and perspectives of participants. It is essential for educators, administrators, and representatives to comprehend the challenges of social role and supporting constructive classroom management encountered by classroom presidents as well as the techniques they use to promote positive learning environments. Educational institutions may build environments that encourage student participation, well-being, and academic performance by recognizing the value of the classroom president's job and offering the proper support and resources. Ultimately, this study adds to the larger discussion on good classroom management and the function of student leadership in educational settings.
