Indication: Fetal Well being

Sonographic findings
There is a single live intra uterine fetus in breech presentation.
The fetal head, trunk, spine, abdomen are noted normal.
There is no nuchal cord no neck masses or defects noted.
The heart is noted normal with the apex pointing to the left
Normal cardiac activity noted (137b/m)
Fetal spine, & fetal limbs seen, with normal fetal movements.
There is adequate amniotic fluid.
Placenta is fundal posterior not low lying
Biometry
FL:5.3cm AGA: 29weeks and 1day.
BPD: 7.3cm EDD: 30th /08/2023. (+/- 2 weeks)
Normal closed cervix.
Normal maternal kidneys.
Impression
Ultrasound scan findings are suggestive of;
 Single live intrauterine fetus in breech presentation at 29 weeks
and 1 day.

RECOMMENDATION
Rescan at 36 weeks for fetal presentation
