    High resolution Real time Ultrasonography of the Abdomen & Gravid uterus
    performed

    Liver: Normal in size and contour. Parenchyma echotexture is normal.


            No intrahepatic biliary dilatation. Portal vein is normal CBD is normal

    Gall Bladder: Normal in size. No evidence of calculi. Wall thickness is normal.


    Spleen: Normal in size and contour. Parenchyma echotexture is normal.

    Pancreas: Normal in size and contour. Parenchyma echotexture is normal.


                  No calcifications. No peripancreatic fluid collection

    Kidneys: Normal in size and contour. Parenchyma echotexture is normal.


                Corticomedullary differentiation is made out. No evidence of renal calculi.
                No evidence of hydronephrosis.
                Rt k =  x mm   &  Lt k =  x mm.

    Urinary bladder: Full, no calculi.


    Aorta & IVC are normal.          No evidence of lymphadenopathy.         

    Gravid Uterus:   Single fetus in cephalic presentation.


                            Placenta:  Posterior ---Gr 0.
                            Amniotic fluid is adequate.

    Fetal Measurements:
    BPD = 23 mm       30 weeks 4 days      Hc/Ac : 1.09
    FL   = 11 mm       31 weeks 6 days       Fl/Ac  :  24.1
    HC   = 85 mm      30 weeks 3 days       Fl/Bpd:  80.2
    AC   = 60 mm      29 weeks 4 days
                    
    Ges age 34 weeks   [range +/-1 week] Edd = 11 / 01 / 11.
    Fetal heart pulsations --- 166 b/min.  Fetal appx weight -- 72gms.  Fetal tone &
    movements are normal.  

    TIFFA Scan:  Fetal head & spine appears normal. 


                        Fetal face is visualized - normal.
                        Fetal heart appears normal - 4 chamber view visualized.
                        Fetal stomach, Kidneys and UB  - Normal.
                        No evidence of any soft markers. 
                        No obvious lethal structural congenital anomalies.

    Conclusion :     U S findings are suggestive of

    Normal study of the abdomen.


    Single live fetus of 34 weeks in cephalic presentation.
    Note: Not all anomalies are detectable on USG
