       High Resolution Real time ultrasonography of the pelvis performed

    Urinary bladder: Full. No calculi.

    Transvaginal Scan:

    Uterus: 79 x 50 x 38mm- Normal in size and echotexture. Anteverted. 

                No mass lesion. Endometrial echo is normal.

    Ovaries: Normal in size and echotexture.

                 Rt O = 31 x 23 mm   &   Lt O = 33  x 28 mm.

    Pouch of Douglas is clear.

    No mass lesion in pelvis.

    Conclusion :  U S findings are suggestive of 

     
    Note: Not all pathological lesions are detectable on USG, advise clinical correlation & discuss as & when necessary.2
