             Rt   :    Normal in echotexture.


      
                        Evidence of few small cysts , maximum size is 5x3mm.
      
                        No evidence of calcification.

              Lt   :    Normal in echotexture.


      
                        Evidence of few small cysts , maximum size is 6x3mm
      
                        No evidence of calcification.

    Retromammary soft tissues are normal.

    No evidence of lymphandenopathy.

    Conclusion: U S findings are suggestive of

    Few small cysts in both breast ----BIRADS II
