Uterus: Increase in size. Normal echotexture. Retroverted. No mass lesion.

            Evidence of a single gestational sac with a embryo.

Yolk sac is visualized. Decidual reaction is normal.

            C R L --- 23.6 mm      Ges age  --- 9 weeks.

MSD --- 31.1mm Ges age --- 8 weeks.

Ges age: 8 weeks 4 days    [range +/-1 week] Edd = 04 / 08 / 23.

           Fetal heart pulsations --- 176 bpm.

            Length of the cervical canal is 40mm, internal os is closed.

Ovaries: Normal in size and echotexture.

Rt: 28 x 21mm Lt: 34 x 24mm

No evidence of free fluid.

C o n c l u s i o n  :   U  S  findings are suggestive of

Single live intrauterine gestation of 8 weeks 4 days.

Urinary Bladder: Full.  No calculi.

Uterus: 105 x 48 x 64mm-Increase in size. Normal echotexture. Anteverted. No

mass lesion.

            Evidence of a single gestational sac with a fetal node.

            C R L --- 14.2mm      Ges age  --- 7 weeks 5 days.

            E D D  --- 02 / 08  / 2023.

            Fetal heart pulsations are clearly seen.

            Length of the cervical canal is 33mm, internal os is closed.

Ovaries: Normal in size and echotexture.

No evidence of free fluid.

C o n c l u s i o n  :   U  S  findings are suggestive of

Single live intrauterine gestation of 7 weeks 5 days.

Note: Not all anomalies are detectable on USG.
