    Summary: When reviewing a parked regen with DDDL, it is important to know what parameters to
    monitor, and what normal results look like. This guide will assist with diagnosing regen related codes
    and issues for EPA07 Series 60 Engines.

    Engine Speed 1600 rpm

    Fuel Cut Off Valve 100% (On)

    Throttle Valve Actual 85 – 88%

    Fuel Comp Pressure 70 – 85 psi


    Doser Fuel Line Pressure 20 – 30 psi
    DOC Inlet Temp 653° F
    DOC Outlet Temp 1103° F

    DOC Outlet Model Delay 1110° F


    (A drastic drop may indicate a bad doser block)

    DPF Outlet Temp 1058° F


    DPF Inlet Pressure 1.0 psi or lower

    DPF Outlet Pressure 0.5 psi or lower


    Doser Injection Status 9% – 14%

    Inlet Manifold Pressure 7 – 9 psi with ITV closed


    20 – 22 psi with ITV open

    EGR Actual Valve Position 0%


    EGR Commanded Governor Value 0%
    Coolant Temp Must reach 140° F before the ITV closes
    Main Injection Start 7° during regen
    (If not at 7 and ITV is normal,
    this may indicate injectors are
    bad)
