False ceiling composed of 600x600mm panels Clip-in structure. The square panels are made
of aluminum under different thicknesses to meet engineers and areas requirements.
The Panels are made of stove enameled aluminum or pre-painted.
The surface coating technology has adopted pure polyester powder, the printing plate color is
usually, white RAL 9003 - off white RAL 9010, or as per customer request, coating 20 (front)
and 5-7 (back) microns.

PERFORATION:
GAIA Pro is offering many designs & shapes of perforation
patterns to match most architects’ decorative requirements.
The acoustical characteristics are enhanced by Non-woven acoustic
felts/fleece, which is available in black and grey shades, this non-woven
felt/fleece ensures sound absorption characteristics within the frequency
range of 125 to 4000 Hz.

ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
In order to improve interior sound control, the ceiling tile can be
delivered in two standard perforation patterns with an open area
of 16% or 22% (The hole design adjustable). These patterns are
framed with a plain border of 70g/m3 in order to assure
maximum flatness and product stability.
As a standard feature, perforated tiles are supplied with a sound
absorbing non-woven tissue, glued into the tile for enhanced
acoustical performance.
