Description
The TrueSpace Stainless Steel Wall Panel is perfect for key clinical areas including
Operating Rooms and ICU’s where patient safety is critical. The panel features a
Stainless Steel sheet bonded to gypsum board for fire and acoustic properties
and finished with a durable 80µm powder coated paint surface resistant to
aggressive cleaning

Panels are mounted to the TrueSpace sub-structure using our specially

engineered screwless, gravity fixed system which ensures a uniform gap of only
4mm between panels.

Panels are powder coated in a wide range of colours for maximum aesthetic
effect with a range of options including a specially formulated anti-bacterial
coating with silver ion technology or artistic screen printing to give areas
individuality and character.

Technical Data
Wall panels are designed with rounded edges and equipped with
a coupling system which allows an easy screw-less fastening onto
the vertical TrueSpace substructure posts.

The particular design of the wall fixation makes the system "self-
centering" by gravity force guaranteeing a constant distance of
wall panel joints of only 4 mm.

The joints are closed by a removable air-sealed, antibacterial

silicon transparent gasket.

All cut outs for wall mounted components and services will be
laser cut in the factory prior to delivery

Antibacterial Powder Coating
In addition to our standard powder coating, we offer an optional antimicrobial
powder coated finish infused with silver ions that inhibits the growth and
proliferation of microorganisms including bacterial, vegetative and fungal spores.

The finish has been tested in accordance with JIS Z 2801:2000 with a 99.99%
reduction in proliferation which remains unchanged despite repeated cleaning
with commonly used hospital detergents.

Available Colours;

White
RAL9003

Please note that for other colours, the antibacterial coating is offered as a clear
lacquer which can be applied as a second coating to make a wider selection of
colours available without the need for minimum quantities.

Digital Screen Printing

Available either as a direct screen print to the powder coated Stainless Steel
panel or as ultra high definition prints behind glass panels forming a seamless
finish with the steel panel, our enhanced room aesthetics create the perfect
environment for clinicians and patients alike.
