Tempered Safety Glass

Description
The TrueSpace Opaque Tempered Safety Glass Wall Panel is designed for
enhanced aesthetics within the Operating Room and other clinical areas. The
panel features a 8mm Tempered Safety Glass bonded to a 0.8mm Galvanised
Steel sheet with a 6mm gypsum board for fire and acoustic properties.

Designed for either full Operating Room construction or as a seamless, flush

feature within the more traditional Stainless Steel room to add design features
and character to clinical spaces.

Panels are mounted to the TrueSpace sub-structure using our specially

engineered screwless, gravity fixed system which ensures a uniform gap of only
4mm between panels.

Technical Data
Microscopic flat and free of pores, the tempered safety glass
finish is resistant against bacteria and living organisms and is
impervious to chemical substances, hospital detergents and
disinfectants.

Wall panels are designed with rounded edges and equipped with
a coupling system which allows an easy screw-less fastening onto
the vertical TrueSpace substructure posts.

The particular design of the wall fixation makes the system "self-
centering" by gravity force guaranteeing a constant distance of
wall panel joints of only 4 mm.

The joints are closed by a removable air-sealed, antibacterial

silicon transparent gasket.

Digital Printing
Hexachromatic digital printing on glass is a unique technology allowing the
hardwearing quality of ceramic paints to be combined with the versatility of
digital printing.

Compared to traditional screen printing on glass which requires a screen

printing frame and individual strokes for each colour, this automated process is
cost effective, fast and delivers the highest level tehcnology to reproduce any
image on glass.

A 6 colour ceramic inkjet ensures optimal image resolution with maximum

durability over time.
