Summary of QC Corrective action per subject plan:
As of the 27th of August, today accomplished KPI is 84.20% against 61.7%
1. QA/QC fully coordinated with the Construction team and focused on clearing pending NCR/INCR/SQN/SON – and
results found within 2 weeks from Aug. 16th to Aug. 27th, 2023 Action made improved as of the latest up-to-date KPI
61.7% to 84.20%
2. As of Aug. 16th, Overall Pending 7 NCRs were targeted and closed 6 NCRs / one (1) remain till date Aug. 27, 2023
3. As of Aug. 16th, to 27th overall SWI / SQN /SON is 65 and closed 40 remaining 25 most of it ongoing, QC daily
monitoring till subject to offer for closing.
a. Day-by-day site activities are closely monitored by QA/QC. General SWI receiving regularly to clients are
concentrated and any rectification made for closing accomplished SWI immediate action is performed to
submit in aconex.
b. Proactive SWI, in general, is advised by Construction continually to improve quality performance at all site
work to avoid unnecessarily re-doing work.
4. WIR & MIR revise and resubmit issue QC follow-up on all pending document requirements, construction rectifications
and immediate action is our must. The overall inspection rejection ratio as of Aug. 27 th, 2023 is -7.15% over 100%
