By signing this commitment form, I affirm the following:

• I will familiarize myself with the contents of the Student Handbook and abide by all the rules and regulations stated
therein.

• I will strictly follow all processes and schedules established by the college, including but not limited to registration,
examinations, submission of requirements, and other academic-related activities.

• I will not join or participate in any unrecognized fraternities, sororities, or similar organizations that are not officially
recognized by Pateros Technological College. I understand that such organizations may pose risks to my personal
safety and the reputation of the institution.

• I will conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner towards all members of the college community, including
faculty, staff, fellow students, and visitors. I will treat others with dignity, demonstrate courteous behavior, and engage
in positive interactions.

• I will abide by the PTC Online Learning Protocols during my synchronous and asynchronous classes. I will adhere to
guidelines such as being punctual for online sessions, participating actively, maintaining a respectful online demeanor,
submitting assignments on time, and utilizing appropriate communication channels for academic purposes.

I acknowledge that failure to comply with this commitment may result in disciplinary action, which may include not being
allowed to enroll or continue my studies in Pateros Technological College.

I understand that as a student, it is my responsibility to uphold the values, standards, and principles set forth by the institution. I
also recognize that my parent/guardian plays a vital role in supporting my education and ensuring my compliance with these
commitments.
